In 2002, Gracie Martin and Kendra Kinnison joined forces to create Ensemble Group, a collaborative professional services firm integrating business consulting and information technology services to provide a unique client experience. Over the next several years, the firm grew organically and the founders realized that the two divisions were stronger when they operated autonomously.
So Kinnison & Co., LLC was birthed in 2006 to provide a strong foundation for the business consulting aspect of the firm. Gracie and her team at Ensemble Group are still going strong, building on their incredible talents in web applications and database integration.
Today, the husband and wife team of Rex and Kendra Kinnison are the backbone of the firm, utilizing their network of specialists when outside expertise is needed on a particular project. They both started their careers in public accounting, gaining a wide variety of experience in a structured and intense environment. And both eventually moved to the private sector, serving in executive-level positions within dynamic companies. Now, with a combined 45+ years of experience, they bring all of those skills and experiences to bear in assisting their clients with building the businesses of their dreams.
